RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned! 💖 If you are not completely satisfied, you’re welcome to return your items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Requirements:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up, fake tan, & in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please return shoes in the original box within a postage bag. The box must be received in original condition to be accepted.
All clothing & swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear, as returns will not be accepted if the seal is removed (unless defective).
Non-Eligible Items:
All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final. There is no exchange or refund on sale items unless defective or faulty.

Due to hygiene concerns, the following cannot be returned: intimates/lingerie, stockings, hair accessories, socks, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products including fake tan and makeup, shapewear.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@editionlondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to our head office in London.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us, and this amount is non-refundable. It is recommended that you use a trackable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at help@editionlondon.co.uk to arrange the exchange (subject to availability).
Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at help@editionlondon.co.uk with your order number and a description + photos of the fault.
We will provide instructions for returning the faulty item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@editionlondon.co.uk.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy once you have received it.
Cancellation Fees:
There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipping. If your order has already been shipped, return shipping fees may apply.
